I have been making this dip for the past 20 years. I got it from my long-time friend Heather Baker. It is always a favorite at a party. It is super easy and it goes quickly! Here it is.

Preheat your oven to Bake at 350° degrees F

  • 1-14oz can of quartered artichoke hearts
  • 1-8oz block of cream cheese
  • 1-8oz of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1-8oz mayonnaise
  • 1-4oz can diced chiles
  • 1-4oz can diced jalepenos
  • white pepper

Combine all of the ingredients except the white pepper together in a bowl, and then in a baking dish. Lightly sprinkle white pepper over the top. Bake for 30-40 minutes until bubbly.

I like to serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
