How do I keep a youthful glow? How come I have the energy of a 20-year-old? I spend a lot of time taking care of myself, and I really pay attention to what I put in my body. I work very hard at living a very healthy lifestyle. I try to eat a balanced diet, exercise, meditate and live life to the fullest. By the same token, I go out of the box and have a lot of fun.
Eating a healthy balanced diet seems easy, but with everyone having such busy schedules, getting all the nutrients your body needs can sometimes be difficult. Every year, I get a physical, and included in that physical, my doctor sends me to get a full blood panel. I suggest that everyone does this each year. We all want to live a healthy lifestyle, right? The blood work tells you what you are deficient in. Don’t wait until something is wrong with you to make yourself healthier. Also, my doctor has a full hormone blood panel done because I am over 50 and going through Perimenopause.
After I get my results back from my blood work, my doctor goes over the numbers. She then suggests what supplements I should take to help balance the numbers out. Along with those supplements, I always add extra items to help keep me healthy and strong. In this post, I have included all of the supplements that I take daily. I do a lot of research on the quality and types of supplements that I put into my body.
After I put this list together, I was surprised myself at how many supplements I do take. Here is my list and of course if you choose to take any of these supplements, make sure your physician knows. You can click on the link for easy ordering. Happy healthy life to each and every one of you.
